As the 2024 Chinese Lunar New Year approaches, AU Bullion is excited to announce that we will be carrying our usual collection of Lunar New Year Silver bullion! Usually the lunar new year takes place after the second new moon of the winter solstice between January 21 and February 20. This year the Lunar New Year is set to take place on February 10th. 

This year is going to be the year of the Dragon, so all the celebrations will be Dragon themed. In addition to the celebrations, all the Lunar New Year Bullion will feature the mighty Dragon designs.

Bank of Rwanda: Every year the Bank of Rwanda produces a stunning looking Silver coin for the Lunar New Year. These coins legal tender in Rwanda and have a face value of 50 Mirongo Itanu otherwise known as 50 Rwanda Francs. These coins will come in a thick plastic cover to avoid any scratches or damages.
