  • We offer various ways to pay your bill, including online banking, telephone banking, and visiting a local branch.
  • Before making a bill payment, please ensure your order is in CAD currency.
  • To add Au Bullion as a payee, search "Au Bullion" in the Bill Payments section and enter your account number which will be sent to you via email after placing your order.
  • If you cannot find Au Bullion, contact your bank or financial institution directly.
  • Once you have sent your payment, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please make sure that the billing & shipping address on your order matches the information provided by your bank.
  • It's important to note that Au Bullion may request additional photo ID documentation issued by the government.

  • Please make sure that your order is in CAD currency and that your bank is capable of processing Interac e-Transfers, as we do not accept other types of email money transfers.
  • After placing your order, log in to your online banking account and select the Interac e-Transfer option. Send the transfer to our email address: emt@instantgoldbullion.com and include your order number in the description.
  • We have enabled auto-deposit with most major banks and credit unions. However, if your bank does not support auto-deposits, please follow the instructions below.
  • For the security question, use "What is the password" and enter your order number as the password. If you use a different password, please contact us with the details.
  • Make sure to pay the Grand Total of your order.
  • If your daily e-Transfer limit is lower than the order value, you may need to make multiple payments. Please be aware that Au Bullion has the right to request additional Government Issued photo ID documentation.
    • Note*: If your e-transfer is on hold/pending status for more than 1 hour, your bank may ask you to call them and verify the transaction. This is a fraud prevention method which banks now partake in. Thank you

  • Once your payment has been confirmed, we will process your order immediately without any holding period.
  • It's important to note that Au Bullion does not accept bank direct deposits as a payment method. Banks may suggest this option as a faster and cheaper alternative to wire transfers, but direct deposits do not provide sufficient details of the depositor or the funds deposited.
  • Please inform your bank of our policy to prevent any delays in processing your payment.
  • Please keep in mind that Au Bullion may request additional Government Issued photo ID documentation.

  • Once the transaction has been verified, we will send an order confirmation to the client and prepare the items for shipping or in-store pickup.

    • Credit Card Customers: Simply enter your credit card details using the standard card payment form on the secure payment page.
    • For security reasons, Au Bullion can only ship orders to the billing address associated with your payment method. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match.
    • If paying by Credit Card, please wait 14 days before placing another credit card order, as credit card payments are limited to one order every 14 days.
    • Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will be redirected back to aubullion.ca to complete your order.
    • After payment verification, we will send your order confirmation and begin preparing your order for shipping or in-store pickup.

Your Visa or MasterCard must be VBV (Verified by Visa) or MasterCard SecureCode authenticated, and as per the authentication requirements, the shipping address must match the confirmed address on your credit card account. Our system unfortunately does not support pre-paid credit cards nor gift cards.
