The 2022 Britannia coin showcases the fifth edition of the Queen’s portrait. In the portrait, the Queen is wearing the famous George IV State Diadem crown. This design was designed by Jody Clark. The obverse face of the coin also displays the inscription “Elizabeth II D.G Reg. F. D. 50 Pounds”, as the coin has a 50-pound face value.
